Amazing! Definitely give this place a go! I admittedly have very little knowledge when it comes to cars, and get intimidated when my car decides to get sassy and make noises on a bad day lol, but the second I started my car back up after the work was done, I KNEW I had to give this place a good review! I was honestly doubting and pretty skeptical, but that's just my own disposition-expecting stuff not to go well, but when I turned on my car and the rattling sound was actually gone, I was so happy!!! Rima was the nicest help, always communicative and on top of keeping me posted with my car's status and I would return just for that service alone, I really want to thank everyone in the team that helped diagnose the issue with my car, because my rattling noise wasn't something me or any of the expert opinions I had available to me could pinpoint exactly what it was, so I'm glad I went in to just get it fixed by people who definitely know what they're doing. I have no basis to compare what is fair/unfair pricing, but I wouldn't knock a business for being entitled to charge what they want to charge, especially if people potentially take that knowledge elsewhere, but I think You are paying for their knowledge and experience and from what I could tell from the vibes and responses I was getting, along with the result, I think it's well worth it. After my car was fixed, Rima brought out the parts that were replaced to prove to me that they indeed go in and swap it out, as well as to point out to me what was the cause of the noise, so that was really appreciative and added to the validity of their business and proving they know what they're talking about. They did provide me a warranty just in the event something goes wrong *knock on wood* but I really do think just with the noise being gone, that has already lifted a weight off my shouldets and I'm glad I took care of things before they got worse.
