Had these awesome people check out a 2015 Durango Rt from the dealership that they swore by and assured me and my wife that their "service department" had combed the vehicle and have it a grade "A". However, Monkey Wrenches discovered past body damage, missing oil filter and plug, bad actuator and a few other things. Then they called me and suggested we pass on the vehicle. We did. Good customer service but extremely expensive. Experience was close to that of a dealership where you are charged for every single thing. I had some inspections done, an oil change, check engine & maintenance light fixed and it was very expensive.

Great customer service! Only problem I can say would be the available parking.
