When I heard the high pitched sound coming from my engine, I knew I needed to make an appointment at Monkey Wrenches. Rima is not only friendly and helpful, she has some knowledge about cars and gave me an idea what to expect timewise while they had my car. I was so thankful for my appointment the following week when it worked for me as a dashboard light came on when I left to bring in my car. As it turned out, my alternator died which wasn't the high pitched whine, but Marcelo fixed the alternator and belts which enabled him to diagnose the whine. I was told what that issue was and that it didn't need to be fixed right away, my option to do it while they had my car or at a later date.
