I had my mothers car towed from San Jose to Brentwood just to have Ted and his staff do a complete brakes job, replace the upper control arms and remove the engine to fix both front and rear timing chains. The work was done in a week and the car runs awesome! Thanks guys!

Ted is a very pleasant and calm person and set me at ease quickly. He worked on car around a commute/work schedule my schedule. He did not talk Technical but instead explained what was wrong and he showed me the area on my car that was faulty.

Three words describes my experience with monkey wrenches. Honest - went in for brakes due to dealership telling me they needed to be replaced. After bring it in I was told I have more than half a pad left and would not need to be replaced right now. Efficient - they competed the car before I needed it. Thorough - after the old change and going over the brakes they kept it for a few hours to be sure that when it was cool that the brakes did not squeak, before returning it to me.

Ted was very pleasant and fully and clearly answered my questions.
