I called to get a headlamp replaced and was seen within a few days. Excellent service. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and all done at a reasonable cost. It was my first time using this service center.

The Only Reason I Didn't Rate 5 Stars Was Because I Thought Everything Was Great Except That You Kind If Lagged On Returning Phone Calls. We Were Waiting To Hear If The Problem Had Been Diagnosed, Waited All Day Before We Finally Made The Call At The End Of The Day N Found Out What Was Up. Then Waiting For The Call To Come Pick Up The Car Never Came Until We Called Again. But Everything Else Was Very Very Good Service.

From the first call I made about my plea for help to my picking up my car, I couldn't be more You kept me informed while diagnosing the problem, checked in with me while the repairs were being completed and did everything you said you would. I was so happy after picking up my car to know it was driving GREAT and was washed and cleaned by your staff! Awesome customer service touch! I will definitely recommend the services of Monkey Wrenches to anyone! Thank you for a job well done!
